250g Denny Fresh Brown Mushrooms, sliced

1 Tbsp olive oil

½ onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 sachet Denny Tomato and Mushroom Pasta Sauce

2 x 170g tins of tuna in brine, drained

500g zucchini noodles, ribbons or spirals

100g cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated


- Preheat oven to 180˚C.

- In a large pan over medium heat sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook until they have released most of their liquid.

- Add in the Denny Tomato and Mushroom Pasta Sauce, mix well. Cook for an additional 5 min. Add in the tuna, season and mix well. Remove the sauce from heat and set aside.

- In a medium sized casserole dish layer the zoodles, tuna sauce and cherry tomatoes. Generally 2 to 3 layers. On top of the last layer sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.

- Bake the casserole for 20 min at 180˚C.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
