Fry the mushrooms in a little butter until golden. Remove them from the stove, set aside and keep warm. In the same pan – fry the bacon until crispy. Remove and in the same pan (add a bit more butter if necessary) fry the fresh sage leaves until crispy. Mix the pasta sauce with cooked macaroni or pasta shells and heat through. Season to taste. Top with the mushrooms, bacon, sage and grated Parmesan.
