SWEET AND SOUR MUSHROOM KEBABS

INGREDIENTS
45 ml soy sauce
45 ml sesame seeds
2 carrots, cut into thin strips
125 g bean sprouts
2 spring onions, cut into thin strips
Canola or sunflower oil
DENNY Sweet and sour Cook-in-Sauce
250 g DENNY Portabellini Mushrooms
250 g DENNY Button Mushrooms
METHOD
Mix the cook-in-sauce with the soy sauce. Add the mushrooms. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 3 – 4 hours. Thread onto kebab sticks. Heat oil and fry until golden and cooked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix the carrots, bean sprouts and spring onions together and serve long with the kebabs.
