MUSHROOM STROGANOFF

INGREDIENTS
60 ml butter
1 onion, chopped
250 ml sour cream
30 - 45 ml soy sauce
45 ml chopped flat leaf parsley
45 ml flour
125 - 160 ml milk
400 g DENNY mixed mushrooms
Salt and black pepper
METHOD
Heat the butter and fry the onion until golden and soft. Add the mushrooms and brown. Add 45 ml flour. Stir into mushroom mixture. Add the sour cream and 125 - 160 ml milk. Stir until sauce thickens. Add the soy sauce. Heat through. Season to taste. Serve with pasta or rice. Sprinkle parsley over just before serving.
