CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
3 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
125 g rindless back bacon, chopped
250 ml fresh baby spinach leaves
Salt and black pepper
Canola or sunflower oil
2 x DENNY Cream of Chicken Soup
Fry the bread in a little oil until crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. Fry the bacon in a little oil until crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat the soup and sprinkle with croutons, bacon, baby spinach and chilli flakes. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Season to taste.
