TOMATO AND HERB MUSHROOM KEBABS

INGREDIENTS
60 ml brown sugar
45 ml soy sauce
45 ml balsamic vinegar
2 carrots, cut into thin strips
5 ml mixed herbs
DENNY Condensed Tomato Soup
250 g DENNY Portabellini Mushrooms
250 g DENNY Button Mushrooms
Canola or sunflower oil
Salt and black pepper
METHOD
Mix the tomato soup with the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, 30 ml oil and mixed herbs. Add the mushrooms. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 3 – 4 hours. Thread onto kebab sticks. Heat oil and fry until golden and cooked.
