45 ml sesame seeds

2 carrots, cut into thin strips

125 g bean sprouts

2 spring onions, cut into thin strips

Canola or sunflower oil

60 ml butter

1 onion, chopped

250 ml sour cream

30 - 45 ml soy sauce

45 ml chopped flat leaf parsley

45 ml flour

125 - 160 ml milk

400 g DENNY mixed mushrooms

Salt and black pepper

METHOD

Heat the butter and fry the onion until golden and soft. Add the mushrooms and brown. Add 45 ml flour. Stir into mushroom mixture. Add the sour cream and 125 - 160 ml milk. Stir until sauce thickens. Add the soy sauce. INGREDIENTS

3 slices bread, crust removed and cubed

125 g rindless back bacon, chopped

250 ml fresh baby spinach leaves

Chilli flakes

Olive oil

Salt and black pepper

Canola or sunflower oil

2 x DENNY Cream of Chicken Soup

METHOD

Fry the bread in a little oil until crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. Fry the bacon in a little oil until crispy. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat the soup and sprinkle with croutons, bacon, baby spinach and chilli flakes. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Season to taste.
